NEW IN: MARC BY MARC JACOBS WATCH MBM3348

I had been looking for a perfect silver metal watch for ages. The watch that stole my heart was Michael Kors Mini Runway(MK5428). I wanted a slightly over-sized watch after seeing so many street style photos where pretty slender girls were rocking big bling bling watches. However, my wrists are ridiculously small, which makes it very hard for me to find a not-that-over-sized watch that looks over-sized on my wrist. So when I found MK5428 which has a 33mm case(most over-sized watches for women are 38~40mm), I was like "This is THE ONE!" I went to a department store to try it on but sadly it didn't look good on me at all. It was very thick and really really heavy. So my hunt for a perfect watch had to go on. ANNND I found this Marc by Marc Jabos The Slim watch!

This watch comes in two sizes; 30mm(MBM3351) and 36mm(MBM3348). I ordered the small one on Shopbop.com but I ended up getting the 36mm one because Shopbop was so smart enough to explain two different watches exactly the same that both are 30mm on the description. I was going to return it but everyone told me not to because it actually looks nice on my tiny wrist surprisingly! I'm in love with this watch now and I'm kind of glad that Shopbop put the wrong information haha!

I HATE HATE HATE UPS!

source: google image

So my friend sent me a package on January 2 but I have not received it yet. He lost the tracking number so we couldn't even know where it was. I contacted UPS customer service and they said, "I understand your concern that you don't have the tracking number but for that I need the tracking number for me to be able to pull up the information." How ridiculous is this? I asked for help because I lost the tracking number but you need the number to help me? It does not make sense. AT ALL! How come they don't ever keep the shipment information in their server? It sounds so ridiculous to me. Now I clearly see why so many people hate UPS.

SOMEWHERE BETWEEN WINTER AND SPRING

It's that time where you think Spring is coming around looking at the dazzling sunshine through the windows, dress something Spring-y such as cardigans and thin shirts instead of thick coats and fuzzy sweaters, step outside being so ready to feel the warmth, and then your bones instantly freeze up and you realize it's still February...(By the way, am I the only one who has a problem with pronouncing the word February? I can never pronounce it correctly...)

The weather here in Korea has been fooling us a lot lately. It's so lovely and nice one day but the very next day it's freezing to death!

The pictures above are from yesterday. I wore my favorite sweatshirt from UNIQLO, coated black pants, a grey wool coat, and my new pair of shoes which are Nike Air Max Thea!(Actually they are my mom's but you know, mom's are mine, mines are mine :P)

REVIEW| WET N WILD MEGALAST NAIL COLOR UNDERCOVER

I am a true manicure lover! I love and enjoy coloring my nails with the bestest concentration of my soul and staring at my hands all day long. I have never been to nail shops to get my nails done by professionals though since I personally think it's a waste of money. I want to try it at least once in my life but I just know I am going to be addicted and make the nail shop as my home away home...(I can already hear the sound of footsteps of my money leaving my wallet)

When I stayed in the States, I was truly pleased to see the price tags of Essie nail polishes. They were "only" 7~8 dollars while the exact same products are sold at 12 dollars in Korea. But I didn't really buy many  nail polishes back then because I wanted to save money as a poor exchange student.

In summer of 2014, I decided to go on a short trip to the west coast. The first thing I did after the decision was making a shopping list! How girly am I. I made a really long drug store shopping list and Wet n Wild's Megalast nail polishes were confidently on it thanks to the recommendation from one of my favorite Youtubers; Leighannsays.

I picked the color Undercover. And yes, I bought only one nail polish surprisingly. I spent more money than I planned on other things like food or transportation as I was traveling(which happens every time I travel. Hopefully I'm not the only one) so I had to cut down my asset for shopping :(

Anyways, I know some might call it granny color. But who cares!? I love me some toned-down brownish pink nail polishes. I think they are great for everyday whether it's summer or winter and they make your hands look a bit more mature and feminine. More importantly this color looks lovely on my skin tone, doesn't it??

The brush is wider than many other polishes, which makes it easier to paint your nails. I am pretty impressed by the quality as well. It lasts long enough without top coat! The best thing about this polish is definitely the price. I remember it was not even 2 dollars. Ugh why can't Korea have these amazing little babies??

I absolutely love this nail polish not only because it's great in every way but also because it makes me smile reminding me of all the memories I had in California :)

GOOD MORNING!

Good morning everyone! How did you sleep last night? I went to sleep at 2ish in the morning and woke up at 9. 7 hour sleep seems pretty ideal but I kept waking up in the middle at least 5 times, which is why I am feeling like I didn't get any sleep. Moving on from this depressing story of my life, I'd like to talk about my breakfast!

I am that kind of person who's like "Ugh my tongue can't feel anything in the morning. I can't swallow anything in the morning" Am I the only one? I know how they say you should eat decent meal in the morning so that your brain can wake and boost your productivity of the day. Of course, I can chew and swallow, which is the whole eating process. I just can't taste anything in the morning. Everything feels like sand... This horrible situation goes away after an hour maybe but who has time to wait that long in the morning?! Also I don't want to wait for an hour trying to ignore the hungry sound my tummy makes...

Since I don't prefer decent food that requires me to chew a lot as breakfast, I usually make some smoothies as soon as I wake up. It's very very simple as you all know. Put some fruits of your choice and yogurt drinks or almond milk in the blender and blend! Oh! Don't forget to add some ice cubes as well! I always use frozen blueberries so I don't need any more iciness in my mouth haha.

What's your favorite thing to eat in the morning? :)

ABOUT ME

Hello I'm Kimmy. Welcome to my blog!

I'm a 23 year old girl from South Korea who loves traveling, Friends, coffee, McDonald's, and candies.

I love writing. I love writing letters for someone I love. I love writing how my day was on my cute little journal. I love writing my random thoughts on my iPhone note. I even love making a list for grocery shopping or packing! So I decided to make a blog where I can express my thoughts, my likes, my interests and I can practice my English as well. I'm nervous about starting a blog but at the same time it's pretty exciting!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my blog :)
